Daily Routine

Monday - Friday

  • Drink a glass of water, open curtains for natural light.
  • 06:30 - 07:00 Head to the bathroom…
    • If needed, shave.
    • Get in shower (low pressure)…
      • Every other day, use shampoo, then rinse.
      • Use conditioner, letting it sit.
      • Use body wash, letting it sit.
      • Brush teeth whilst waiting.
      • Rinse everything out thoroughly.
      • Wash face using just a water-based cleanse.
    • Get out of shower, pat skin dry, then put on clean dressing gown.
    • Use salt spray and blow dry hair, styling as needed.
    • Apply roll-on deodorant, letting it dry fully.
    • Massage minoxidil into clean, dry scalp, then use dermaroller.
    • Floss, tongue scrape, and use mouthwash.
    • Apply hand cream.
  • 07:00 - 07:30 Head back to bedroom…
    • Put on any laundry if needed.
    • 20 minutes of yoga, ending in savasana - focus on breathing, and allow minoxidil to absorb.
    • Get dressed, vacuum if needed.
    • Complete skincare: toner -> serum -> moisturiser -> eye cream -> SPF 50+, letting each layer absorb.
    • Take Omega-3 supplements.
  • 07:30 - 07:50 Head to the lounge…
    • Have some breakfast; anything works.
    • Journal a bit, scheduling out the day and writing down thoughts.
    • Process actionable emails and catch-up with news sources like the FT/Economist.
  • 07:50 - 09:00 Go for a drive (drop-off wifey if needed, or maybe go to campus).
  • 09:00 - 12:30 Omoikane/Yatagarasu; former if Mon-Tues, otherwise latter.
  • 12:30 - 13:00 Lunch.
  • 13:00 - 16:00 Omoikane/Yatagarasu; former if Mon-Tues, otherwise latter.
  • 16:00 - 17:00 Read a book, pick up wifey if needed.
  • 17:00 - 17:15 Quick double cleanse, oil-based cleanser -> water-based cleanser, rinsing face afterwards, then apply minoxidil into dry scalp again.
  • 17:15 - 17:30 Quick final email replies, dim lights, and put on some ambient music.
  • 17:30 - 18:30 Cook dinner (if it’s my day), otherwise relax and journal downstairs.
  • 18:30 - 20:00 Eat dinner and wind down.
  • 20:00 - 20:30 Clean up from cooking (if it’s my day), otherwise prep for the next day.
  • 20:30 - 20:45 Brush teeth, floss, and tongue scrape. Then, evening skincare (toner -> serum -> moisturiser -> eye cream) followed by some gentle stretching.
  • 20:45 - 21:15 Settle down, fall asleep.

Saturday - Sunday
